The breakfast was quite limited, mainly just
granola bars and coffee, which was disappointing. The location by the lake was lovely, and the room was comfortable but could have used better upkeep. I enjoyed chatting with the friendly staff, which added a nice touch to my stay.

The beautiful Leech Lake was a fantastic spot for our family getaway, exploring the charming town of Walker with my nephew. Enjoying coffee from the in-room Keurig before heading out to local attractions made the mornings even better.
In my wife’s opinion, better maintenance is needed.

waterfront location, private beach access, beautiful sunset views
The parking situation is outrageous!!! Not having designated parking for guests is a significant inconvenience. The restaurant's limited hours are frustrating, leaving guests scrambling for meals at odd times!!! Improvements in amenities maintenance would also be appreciated!!!

The restaurant offered delicious and fairly priced meals, complemented by a stunning view from the patio. The welcoming staff made planning our biking route easy and enjoyable. Though the breakfast experience fell short, with cold food and lack of replenishment, the quality of coffee was commendable. Limited access to the lake due to muddy conditions was disappointing, affecting our swimming plans.

A stunning view but unmet needs
We loved waking up to the breathtaking sunrise over Leech Lake each morning. Our condo featured beautiful granite counters and two private balconies, which provided a perfect spot for evening relaxation.
However, we had issues with the uncomfortable living room furniture and slow elevator service. Also, the dishwasher malfunctioned and left us with dirty dishes left to clean.

We loved the beautiful lake views right from our screened-in deck and enjoyed engaging with the friendly staff who were always eager to help. The diverse room configurations also provided ample options for families or groups looking to get together.
We were disappointed with the lack of daily housekeeping services, which made managing our stay a bit challenging.

historic charm but chilly restaurant atmosphere
We truly enjoyed the delightful conversation with the front desk staff who made us feel welcomed. The history of the hotel added a unique charm to our stay that intrigued me. Dining by the window offered a stunning view and exceptional service that made our meal memorable. The private balcony provided a lovely spot for relaxation, looking over the lake as we wound down.
The restaurant space felt a bit too cold during our meal, making it uncomfortable.
